These positions will be located at the Arthrex manufacturing facility in Ave Maria, FL. Work hours will be 2nd-shift, 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m., Monday-Friday with initial training likely on 1st shift.
Main Objective:
Performs the maintenance (predictive and preventative) of equipment and processes in support of the company's production and growth objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks and completing associated documentation in a timely manner.
Performs work and assists in maintaining operations in compliance with applicable policies and OSHA regulations.
Follows the Preventative Maintenance Schedule as established by the Maintenance Manager and Planner.
Performs basic repairs correctly and with minimal error or rework.
Keep up to date with ISO/FDA and internal quality assurance policies and procedures
Assist with building/facilities repairs & maintenance duties as needed.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience performing maintenance/preventive maintenance on manufacturing machines and equipment is strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Basis knowledge and experience with maintaining equipment and processes.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Knowledge and/or training in basic electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic principles.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to comprehend and



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
