Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting Food Operations Manager in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of all Food and Beverage outlets to ensure a guest atmosphere that is pleasant, enjoyable and fun.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts in Food & Beverage Management or related field and three to five (3-5) years of restaurant/lounge supervisory experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
Proven track record, business management, purchasing and record keeping.
Must be TIPS certified, and possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to positions responsibilities.
Must be able to analyze food and beverage data.
Proficient knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Work. Working knowledge of InfoGenesis desired.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or walk, use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception. Position requires bending, lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds. With assistance, required to lift or carry items in excess of 50 pounds, push or pull carts and/or furniture weighing several hundred pounds.
The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
As part of Seminole Gaming's employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended. These background checks may include, but are not limited to:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
